Our Mushārakah process benefits from 1st Ethical having access to a number of individuals who are willing to provide capital resource to suitable projects.
- - Investors will normally consider UK based projects requiring capital from between £100,000 to £500,000. On rare occasions we may slightly vary these limits.
- - 1st Ethical will facilitate an introduction between the prospective investor and the project, and are not FSA regulated.
- - The investors are deemed to be ‘high net worth’ hence are able to enter into an investment arrangement on their own initiative.
- - The majority of projects also qualify for EIS (Enterpise Investment Scheme) reliefs for the investors, thereby affording valuable income and capital gains tax exemptions. EIS investments also benefit from a statutory exemption from FSA regulatory requirements.
