After graduating with an Economics Degree in 1996, Bashir worked as a management consultant within the telecommunications field for six years, as a senior consultant to key blue chip corporations. In the twelve months prior to joining 1st Ethical, Bashir managed several major corporate clients on behalf of Telewest Communications, and delivered over £5M of revenue thereby making him one of the highest individual fee earners for the company.

Bashir was invited to join 1st Ethical when the company was founded in November 2001 and is responsible for ensuring 1st Ethical is able to sustain its impressive growth by developing the systems and recruiting the staff needed to successfully deliver an increasingly sophisticated range of services to a rapidly growing client base.

In addition to managing the day to day running of the business, Bashir continues to advise key clients and has developed considerable experience of advanced tax mitigation strategies for UK based owner managed companies and professionals.

Outside of work, Bashir often gets involved with activities undertaken by the 1st Ethical Charitable Trust, and is the proud father of three effervescent young children.
